CAFEC are top quality Japanese paper filters for coffee preparation. CAFEC founder Shigeji Nakatsuka has roasted and prepared filter coffee for many years, and has put that experience to good use in designing the filters. Nakatsuka devoted himself to the study of the production and structure of paper to achieve the best result of the prepared coffee. For each roast, he designed a different type of paper, which affects the length of the filtered coffee overflow. We offer 2 types of paper filters

ABACA – eco-friendly hemp filters that eliminate paper aftertaste
Light roast – specially developed to enhance the flavours of coffees

Musel som si chvíľku zvykať na inú textúru papiera (pred tým som používal Hario filtre). Tieto filtre sa vyznačujú aj väčšou hrúbkou, čo práve ovplyvňuje celkový brewing time. Nezľaknite sa ak vám to bude prekvapkávať aj 5 min, výsledná šálka kávy je veľmi čistá, aromatická s menej výrazným telom.

V porovnaní s filtrami od Haria prekvapkávanie trvá dlhšie, no výsledkom je naozaj čistá a aromatická káva.

Quality filters, but they greatly reduce the flow. You must be sure this is what you want, because they wont replace the Hario filters, you should have a good grinder (I’m grinding with ZP6 Special fairly coarse) or use osmotic flow (check youtube videos). My favourite filters are Kinto slow coffee style which can be also used with other drippers, like Graycano, which reduced speed too, but those are also good for all methods except Graycano. Got them on sale and do not regret a bit

Good quality filters, slower flow than Hario V60-01.
