*Samozrejme, nejake to zakladne espresso pripravit viem, aj vybavenie mam snad postacujuce (Lelit Bianca + Eureka Specialita), ale barista nie som. Preinfuziu som este na tejto kave neskusal, a/alebo sa asi budem musiet pohrat aj s tlakovym profilom – nieco na styl 0-10s: 2 bar, 10-20s: 6 bar, nasledne 8-9 bar.. Ale na taketo experimenty mi asi 250g balenie nebude stacit 🙂
