This espresso gem comes from a co-op of farmers in the Shakisso region, known for its rich volcanic soil and high altitude, which create the perfect conditions for a complex, clean and juicy coffee.
The beans have been processed using the washed method, a traditional method that enhances the natural purity and delicacy of Ethiopian Arabica. After the pulp is removed, the coffee is left to ferment in water to bring out its purest flavours. This process gives it an elegant lightness, precise sweetness and delicate texture, ideal for filtered preparation.
In the resulting cup, a harmonious composition of tastes opens up:
milk chocolate bringsa smooth base,
sugar cane adds a sweetness reminiscent of light caramel,
