This particular Gesha comes from La Falda, hidden at an altitude of 1750 m . m. in the Huila region. Its unique character is due to an innovative processing method. Precise hand harvesting and 24-hour natural fermentation are followed by a unique drying phase called‘Floral Drying’. The coffee beans are dried for approximately three weeks in direct contact with the azahar flowers – the aromatic flowers of the orange blossom tree, which enriches the coffee with delicate fragrant layers and enhances its elegance.
