At Sajonia Estate, located in the department of Jinotega, they have produced a great espresso coffee. The taste is very elegant, notes of cashew and milk chocolate are complemented by dried orange. Espresso from this coffee has a beautifully velvety aftertaste that will please every discerning palate. In Jinotega, the best coffees from all over Nicaragua are grown, thanks to the ideal soil and weather. Since we visited Nicaragua in 2020, we have become big fans of coffee from this country, which convinced us that, in addition to premium rums and cigars, it can also export premium coffees.
