On the sunny terraces of Aceh, where the days unfold slowly and the scent of drying cherries is omnipresent, a coffee that celebrates simplicity and naturalness is created. Hendra Maulizar lets nature take the lead – he just patiently turns the cherries and watches their sweetness concentrate in the beans.
This variation has been processed using the traditional natural method, which infuses the coffee with sunshine and fruity warmth.

The resulting cup is dominated by apricot, raspberry and a subtle trace of white tea – clean, smooth and poetically light.
