We carefully select our coffee from samples from around the world, directly from the farmers. Our selection includes only the finest quality beans, thanks to the precision of the Ikawa roaster. We specialize in Specialty coffee, which accounts for only about 5% of the world’s coffee production. We roast in Bratislava every week, fresh and professionally on a top of the range Italian IMF 30 roaster.
