This time, the tea from the coffee husks was produced from an exclusive variety of gesha arabica.
Gesha is known for its taste qualities, which are extremely appreciated. Often we find flowers and intense, clean fruit flavours in the gesha variety, and so it is with this cascara from farmer Alejandro Ortiz, whose flavour profile is reminiscent of lychee, backed by the sweetness of honey and the florality of elderflower.
