India Mooleh Manay natural
It is the first specialty robusta that impressed us so much that we decided to include it in our selection as a “single origin” coffee, i.e. no blend, but all the beans comes from one Mooleh Manay farm, founded and operated by the duo Komal Sable and Akshay Dashrath with an absolute emphasis on the quality of cultivation and processing, as well as on the principles of sustainability. This robusta was fermented with wine yeast during processing and later dried in the classic natural way, which gave the coffee a very interesting depth of taste. We find notes of raisins and figs in it, with a soft rummy undertone.
Currently, Mooleh Manay is probably India’s most exciting and progressive coffee farm and we are very happy to bring you the fruits of their labour.
