Blend APOLO is a naturally processed blend of small growers from the small town of Olopa who grow choice coffee and work sustainably, that is, using agroforestry growing practices that help slow the effects of climate change. This blend allows us to support small producers, giving them a great opportunity to continue working hard, with every lot that APOLO sell, we take a part to develop social project in our community. With bonuses from the sale price, the cooperation funds the long-term goal that all their farms are covered by at least 50% trees that create natural shade.

Apolo has a flavor character close to black tea, in which you can feel the acidity of lemon and the subtle pungency of ginger, the flavor profile is completed by the freshness of cranberries. Beautiful coffee for everyday filtering.
