Coffee is grown by small-scale farmers around the village of Jelewo in Hambella Wamena under naturally growing trees, traditionally and organically. It is processed in the Raro Nensebo water mill, where the emphasis is on quality and precision. Thanks to the high altitude and cool microclimate, this coffee has a complex structure, bright notes and fresh florality – ideal for modern espresso lovers .
