Even our grandparents would sit down over coffee, talk, prepare for the day or simply enjoy it. They didn’t care about quality or origin – it was enough that they could pour it.
Today, however, we know exactly where the best coffee is grown, how farmers care for it, what conditions affect its growth and how it responds to changing climates.
We carefully select our coffee from samples from around the world, directly from the farmers. Our selection includes only the finest quality beans, thanks to the precision of the Ikawa roaster. We specialize in Specialty coffee, which accounts for only about 5% of the world’s coffee production. We roast in Bratislava every week, fresh and professionally on a top of the range Italian IMF 30 roaster.
