Rwanda Mushonyi Washed
This coffee comes from the Rutsiro region in western Rwanda, where the Mushonyi processing station is located at an altitude of 1 827 metres. The proximity to Lake Kivu and the specific climatic conditions, combined with the fertile soil, give the beans of the Bourbon variety their unique character.
The flavour profile is defined by freshness and pronounced sweetness. The cup is dominated by a sparkling orange taste, accompanied by a subtle and exotic trace of lychee. These fruity notes are balanced by a smooth body and an aftertaste reminiscent of sweet caramel. Thanks to traditional wet processing (fully washed), the purity of taste and the clear texture of each sip stand out.
